Marchpole hires John Harrison as Finance Director

Licensee for apparel brands Yves Saint Laurent, and working with designers such as Jasper Conran, Tomasz Starzewski and Boateng. The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Justin Hampshire, the Company's Finance Director and agreed the basis of his departure from the Company so that he may pursue non-competitive interests outside the business.

They are grateful for the contribution Justin has made to the Company and they wish him well for the future.

John Harrison, FCA, was appointed a non- executive Director in March 2004 and he has been progressively involved in a strategic and financial role within the Company working closely with the executive management team. He was a partner of Deloitte Consulting for a number of years and has, prior to joining Marchpole, acted as finance director to a quoted company.

Marchpole has been in the apparel business for over 30 years, predominantly as licensee for Yves Saint Laurent, and working with designers such as Jasper Conran, Tomasz Starzewski and Boateng.
