• Exchange loss of RMB10.2 million in 2005 is a reporting loss only, as the Company continues to hold proceeds from the IPO in US dollars, and continues to receive payment from BMW AG mainly in Euros

In 2000, BMW grants Canadian company PORTS an exclusive license to use the BMW trademark and BMW logo to manufacture BMW Lifestyle apparel, and market and retail BMW lifestyle products in China. Products include ladies' and men's clothing, bicycles, and accessories.
