After adjusting for the dividend interest, the data theft accrual, and the significant increase in shares as a result of the initial public offering, pro forma net income for the fiscal year was $45.0 million, or $1.02 per share, compared with $35.0 million, or $0.79 per share, for last year. Comparable store sales for the fiscal year ended January 28, 2006 increased 5.4 percent compared with an increase of 5.0 percent for the same period last year.
