Raymond Ltd informed on Tuesday that it has got the consent of shareholders' to either sell or transfer its denim division.
The company informed Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that shareholders through postal ballot, have authorised the board to sell off denim division situated at Yavatmal in Maharashtra.
The Raymond group a conglomerate with interests in textiles, readymade garments, engineering files and tools, prophylactics and toiletries.
The company's shares were being traded at Rs 518.95, up 1.68 percent at the BSE.
