Pristine Fashion to operate Candie's Badgley Mischka store in California

Women's and girl's fashion footwear Designer, marketers & importer Candie's Inc announced it has entered into a retail license agreement with Pristine Fashion Group ("Pristine Fashion") for its Badgley Mischka brand. Pristine Fashion is in the business of operating luxury retail stores and will have the exclusive right to open and operate two California based Badgley Mischka retail stores with the option for a national roll out.

The agreement will commence with the redesign and re-opening of the Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills store in July to be followed by the unveiling of a new Palm Springs store in November. Future roll outs may include free-standing retail stores in Las Vegas, Palm Beach, Bal Harbour and New York City.
