Denim Company True Religion Apparel Inc announced that the Company will report its fiscal first quarter 2006 financial results on Wednesday, May 3, 2006 after the market close.

The company will also hold a conference call with senior management to discuss the financial results at 4:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. PT.
