Phillips-Van Heusen (PVH) Corporation, one of the leading American garment companies, has appointed Geraldine (“Penny”) McIntyre to its Board of Directors, effective from February 3, 2015, increasing the number of directors on the board to 13.
Penny was elected as part of the Company’s director succession planning. Penny most recently served as the CEO of Sunrise Senior Living, LLC, a provider of senior living services, from November 2013 to May 2014. Prior to joining Sunrise Senior Living, Ms. McIntyre served as president of the Consumer Group of Newell Rubbermaid Inc. from November 2011 through November 2012 and group president of Newell Rubbermaid’s Office Products Group from June 2009 through November 2012.
