Women's apparel retailer Cache Inc has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of 3,413,259 shares of its common stock.
The company intends to offer 200,000 shares and selling stockholders intend to offer 3,213,259 shares. The company and selling stockholders intend to also grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 511,988 shares for over-allotment purposes.
The company would not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares of common stock by the selling stockholders.
Cache Inc is a nationwide, mall-based specialty retailer of sophisticated, social occasion sportswear and dresses targeting style-conscious women. It targets women between the ages of 25 and 45 who have a youthful attitude, are self-confident and fashion-conscious, and require a missy fit.
