Shiho Fujita started her company G-Revo with just one book on start-up business. She kept every detail of her steps to becoming a CEO on an online blog. This was right after graduating from High School, and now, she has her own record out through her company, and a fashion brand “Revrossa Clarity”.
The concept of her business evolves around the idea of a “Gal Revolution”. Gal's had once dominated the young female population and was the trigger to the huge business success of fashion building 109. With change in trends, little by little Japan saw less of the Gals. Yet, Shiho Fujita believed/believes that they are still there, and could change Japan. Along with a group of people calling themselves “Gal Circle”, they come up with new products, ideas, and brands.
“Revrossa Clarity” has just opened a store within their second home of 109. The brand has surf, resort and ethnic tastes. The line-up is wide from t-shirts, cut & sews denims to dresses. The head-chief in the fashion department of G-Revo is not only a Gal, but is the representative of the Gal Circle. CEO Shiho hopes that the brand will be recognized and loved by young girls, but also recognized by the industry.
Once considered young and unaware of reality, Shiho Fujita has succeeded in bringing another name for the “Gals”. They are now capable, and their ability to use real-time information in their product development is an attribute some brands are in need of at present.
