Oakley Inc to relay Q2 2006 financial results on July 20

Oakley Inc said it expects to announce on Thursday, July 20, its financial results for the second quarter which ended June 30, 2006.

The company plans to issue a news release that day at approximately 1:00 p.m. PDT, immediately following the closing of regular stock market trading hours. Following the news release, Oakley management will host a conference call beginning at 1:30 p.m. PDT to review the results.

The call will be open to all interested investors through a live audio broadcast at Oakley's investor relations Web site. A telephone replay of the conference will be available beginning approximately two hours following the call through midnight, July 27, 2006 and can be accessed in the United States/Canada at 888-266-2081 or internationally at 703-925-2533; pass code: 845953.
