Charlotte Russe declares pricing of public offering

Charlotte Russe Holding Inc, a growing mall-based specialty retailer of fashionable, value-priced apparel and accessories targeting young women in their teens and twenties announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $26.25 per share.
All of the shares of common stock are being offered by stockholders affiliated with Saunders Karp & Megrue Partners, LLC, pursuant to an effective registration statement previously filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The selling stockholders have also granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares.
