Lyric Jeans hires Jorge Moreno as consultant for Latin division

Leading manufacturer of premium apparel and denim wear, Lyric Jeans Inc announced the hire of Grammy Award winning artist Jorge Moreno as a consultant for its Latin division.
Moreno was the first Latin artist signed by Madonna for the Maverick Latino label. His debut album garnered a Latin Grammy for “Best New Artist” and a Grammy nomination for “Best Latin Album.” His edgy style led to designer sponsorships and shows including Guess Jeans, Tommy Hilfiger and Roberto Cavalli to name a few.
“When I first heard of Lyric's concept for a clothing line it was like a Beatles tune, brilliantly simple but never done before. I look forward to combining my knowledge of the Latin Music world with American business sensibility to market the brand to a Hispanic audience,” said Moreno.
