Value-priced apparel retailer Charlotte Russe to release Q4 results on Nov 9

Charlotte Russe Holding Inc announced it will hold an investor conference call to discuss its fourth quarter of fiscal 2006 results on November 9, 2006 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific/11:00 a.m. Eastern.

Mark A. Hoffman, President and Chief Executive Officer and Daniel T. Carter, Chief Financial Officer, will host the call. The company will release its fourth quarter ended September 30, 2006 results prior to the market open that same day.

Charlotte Russe Holding Inc is a growing mall-based specialty retailer of fashionable, value-priced apparel and accessories targeting young women in their teens and twenties.

The company operated a total of 387 stores in 43 states and Puerto Rico, as of September 30, 2006, comprised of 382 Charlotte Russe stores and 5 Rampage stores. Forty new Charlotte Russe stores were opened and sixty one Rampage stores were sold or closed during fiscal 2006.

The company expects to open at least 50 new Charlotte Russe stores during the fiscal year ending in September, 2007.
