TOUR360 II shoe with improved performance features

- 3D FitFOAM – Three densities of foam in the sock liner create the ultimate performance foot bed. A polyurethane base layer provides outstanding support from heel to toe. A cushioning layer in the heel absorbs shock, while memory foam adapts to the contours of the athlete's foot.

adidas Golf's mantra is to build the shoe from the ground up. This couldn't be more apparent when turning the shoe over.

adidas Golf conducted traction studies in conjunction with the University of Calgary Biomechanics Research Lab in the design of the TOUR360 II. The results led to a multi-faceted traction system designed to deliver unsurpassed grip and comfort in any on-course condition.

Anti-Clog outsole features newly designed, tapered, kidney shaped lugs that hold firmly and prevent slippage in all types of grass and conditions while remaining green-friendly. The smooth, polished surfaces, absence of harsh angles and longer radiuses help to shed debris throughout the round.

The TOUR360 II's traction system is further enhanced by a proprietary cleat, specially designed by adidas Golf called Dynamic Traxion AC. The cleats have polished surfaces that diminish clogging and improve grip.

The DTAC cleats are low profile and a turf friendly shape that eliminates spike marks. The legs of the cleats are flexible, improving grip, comfort, and durability. The DTAC cleats will be installed in every golf shoe that adidas produces starting in 2007. The basewas widened by 6mm and lowered-promoting an even greater stability throughout the swing platform when compared with the Tour 360.
