Stefano Sassi as new CEO of Valentino

Board of Directors of Valentino Fashion Group S.p.A., after having acknowledged the resignation of Mr Enrico Valdani, appointed Mr Stefano Sassi as Director of the Company.
The Board of Directors then resolved to appoint Mr Sassi as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
The Board of Directors of Valentino Fashion Group S.p.A. also stated that Mr Sassi shall be appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Valentino S.p.A. and Mr Enrico Valdani as Director of the same company.
Mr Stefano Sassi has been Chief Executive Officer of Marzotto S.p.A. until today. Previously he had gained significant managerial experience in the fashion business and in
the strategic advisory sector. Mr Sassi's curriculum vitae is available at the Company's registered office.
As at today Mr Sassi owns no shares of the Company. The Board of Directors also appointed Mr Luca Vianello as the Company's General Manager.
The Board of Directors then resolved to appoint Mr Sassi as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
The Board of Directors of Valentino Fashion Group S.p.A. also stated that Mr Sassi shall be appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Valentino S.p.A. and Mr Enrico Valdani as Director of the same company.
