True Religion Chicago store to carry loungewear & outerwear

True Religion Apparel Inc announced the signing of a lease agreement to open a branded store in the popular, upscale Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.
The store will carry the entire True Religion line of apparel, including Men's, Women's, and Kid's denim jeans, jackets, shirts, T-shirts, skirts, fleece hoodies and pants, as well as sportswear, including knits, wovens, loungewear and outerwear.
Second only to New York City's Central Park, Lincoln Park is known as one of the country's finest urban playgrounds for recreation and for shopping, populated with world-renowned fashion boutiques and home to specialty retailers including Barney's, L'Occitane and Nine West.
The 1,028-square-foot True Religion store is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2007 in the heart of the high-traffic retail area on Halsted Street, immediately adjacent to the popular shopping thoroughfares of Armitage and Sheffield Avenues.
“We continue to advance our mission of establishing branded stores in the most popular fashion destinations nationwide, and have opened three new stores in the past five months in highly desirable locations and committed to five more,” said Michael Buckley, president of True Religion Apparel Inc.
“We have been extremely pleased with the response we have received thus far to our recently opened stores and believe our retail strategy will serve the company well both from a branding and financial standpoint.”
