Fashion company Chico's updates conference schedule

Chico's FAS Inc announced that management will deliver a presentation on behalf of the Company at both the Cowen and Company 5th Annual Consumer Conference and the 9th Annual ICR XChange Conference in January 2007.
The presentation for the Cowen and Company 5th Annual Consumer Conference is scheduled for January 10, 2007 at 9:00 am ET at the Westin New York at Times Square in New York, NY and the presentation for the 9th Annual ICR XChange Conference is scheduled for January 11, 2007 at 3:10 pm PT at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, CA.
A webcast of both presentations will be available. To access either webcast, go to the Investor Relations section on the Chico's FAS Inc website and click on the appropriate presentation button. The presentation will address the Company's growth strategies and provide a review of historical data.
The Company is a specialty retailer of private label, sophisticated, casual-to-dressy clothing, intimates, complementary accessories, and other non-clothing gift items. The Company operates 909 women's specialty stores, including stores in 47 states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico operating under the Chico's, White House | Black Market, Soma by Chico's and Fitigues names.
The Company owns 541 Chico's front-line stores, 32 Chico's outlet stores, 251 White House | Black Market front-line stores, 14 White House | Black Market outlet stores, 48 Soma by Chico's stores, 9 Fitigues front-line stores and 1 Fitigues outlet store; franchisees own and operate 13 Chico's stores.
