• Braccialini's results are steered by the exceptional performance of its boutiques (DOS and franchisees) as well as the growth realised in Middle Eastern and Russian markets.

Total revenue growth of +68% is also supported by the first time consolidation of Coccinelle, a leading player in the handbag segment of the accessible luxury goods market. The retail network of Coccinelle today includes 45 mono-brand boutiques, located in the world's most prestigious shopping locations including Paris, Tokyo, London, St. Petersburg, and Milan.

2006 OPERATING AND STRATEGIC HIGHLIGHTS:
The year has been particularly dynamic on both operating and strategic fronts with:
• The Initial Public Offering of the Group, quoted on the Italian Stock Exchange on June 7, 2006 with demand from Italian and International institutions over 5 times the offer. The stock was issued at € 7,77 per share.
• The inauguration of 26 mono-brand boutiques (DOS and franchisees), including:
• 5 DOS in Italy
• 21 franchisees; 9 in Russia, 3 in Eastern Europe, 3 in Europe, 2 in Middle East and 1 in Far East

• New license agreements including 1) the production and distribution of Braccialini eyewear collections by Vecellio, 2) the production and distribution of Baldinini perfumes by Schapparelli Pikenz, and 3) the production and distribution of Coccinelle leather apparel collections by Enrico Mandelli, a Group company specialised in the production and distribution of leather and textile apparel collections.
• The continued acquisition of minority interests, consistent with Group strategy, including 49% of Enrico Mandelli by the Group's Leather Apparel subsidiary and 26% of Francesco Biasia.
