L'Oréal Paris Runway 7 - sass& bide - Friday 9 March, 8.00pm: Sass & Bide, arguably Australian fashion's biggest success story in recent years, continue to surprise and impress with their quirky and sexy aesthetic. Their latest range of denim and luxury pieces will break new ground again in this much anticipated solo L'Oréal Paris Runway show.
L'Oréal Paris Runway Deluxe - Thursday 8 March, 8.00pm: A VIP L'Oréal Paris Runway has been added to the exciting 2007 program, bringing together the glamour of fashion in a networking environment.
Runway Deluxe will be a sought after ticket by a high profile crowd, VIP's and celebrities. A repeat performance of L'Oréal Paris Runway 6 will be followed by a chic supper party soiree. The evening will raise awareness for LMFF's official charity, The Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.
Complementing the inspired collections on the runway will be hair and make-up by L'Oréal Paris. Heading up the team, L'Oréal Paris Make-up Director, Rae Morris and L'Oréal Professionnel Hair Director, Mark Thompson will create magical and varied looks for the autumn/winter season.
Karen Webster, Festival Director (LMFF), says: “The L'Oréal Paris Runway shows are one of the most anticipated events of the Festival week. The exceptional line-up of Australian designers brings together all aspects of fashion in its broadest sense to celebrate and showcase the extraordinary talent and expertise on offer in Australia. It provides a rare opportunity for the person on the street to be on fashion's A-list and to have access to prominent fashion shows.”
