Lyric Jeans Inc announced that the first annual runway show of its premium rock n' roll lifestyle brand, Lyric Culture, was extremely well received by the press, stylists and buyers.
The exclusive evening featured a runway presentation of the debut collection, 'Lyric Culture: Revolution,' as well as a special 60-minute performance by multi-platinum, three time GRAMMY award winner Fergie.
Press coverage included TV segments on Extra, E! News, Access Hollywood and print reviews in Jane Magazine, OK! and People Magazine to name a few. Buyers from major department stores and specialty boutiques from around the country were in attendance as well as costume designers and stylists for feature films and network television shows.
"The runway show has been a tremendously successful marketing tool in branding Lyric Culture, increasing sales and garnering media attention," said Ronny Halperin, CEO of Lyric Jeans Inc "We are pleased with the rave reviews, the marketing support we continue to offer retailers and look forward to the continued interest in the brand internationally," he continued.
For their debut runway presentation, Lyric Culture showed cutting-edge denim and leather pieces fit for rock and roll royalty, emblazoned with classic song lyrics from The Beatles, Steppenwolf, Janis Joplin and David Bowie.
The looks, styled by celebrity stylist Tanya Gill (Kate Winslet, Jada Pinkett Smith, Mary J. Blige), were paired with jewelry from Swarovski, sculptural metal-works from Sculpture to Wear, eyewear from Oliver Peoples and shoes from Stuart Weitzman, Frye and Dondup.
