Pitti Bimbo shows entire universe of children's collection in June

Pitti Immagine Children's Fashion Show is going to take place during June 29 to July 1 in Florence.

Florence, Capital Of Children's Fashions :
“Land of the avant-garde and showcase for the big names” says Agostino Poletto, Deputy General Manager of Pitti Immagine - “It is with this dual identity that Pitti Bimbo shows the entire universe of children's collection and twice a year transforms the city of Florence into the children's fashion capital of the world.

This edition is yet another confirmation: a very large number of applications from new, potential exhibitors, more than 100 from the world over; and at the same time we do careful international scouting and selecting. The outcome? The best of the small, high-end brands; the consolidated brands in international fashion and the new names making their debuts on the global stage.

There are five sections which draw the map of the show: Pitti Bimbo, big name fashions; Sport Generation, sportswear for the young set; Superstreet, jeanswear and denim-couture; New View, independent and research brands; and Kids' Design, design in miniature”.

The Big names at this edition :
Pitti Bimbo is continuing as the privileged stage for the big names in adult fashions that choose Florence for the international showings of their children's collections.

This edition's stars include: Armani making a Pitti Bimbo debut with the Armani Junior and Armani Baby collections in a large area in theCavaniglia Pavilion; Alberta Ferretti's children's wear debut with Alberta Ferretti Girls; the Gruppo CWF with a huge, 700 sq. meter stand the entire Sala dell'Arsenale will present the debuts of children's lines by Escada, Chloe and Missoni, and finally, another outstanding exclusive first at Pitti Bimbo, the children's collections by Roccobarocco.
