Jones Apparel appoints Joseph Donnalley to Treasurer

Jones Apparel Group Inc announced that Joseph Donnalley has been appointed to the position of Treasurer, in addition to his current role as Senior Vice President Corporate Taxation and Risk Management. The Treasurer's position has been vacant since the prior CFO and Treasurer left the Company earlier this year.

Mr. Donnalley has been with Jones Apparel Group for approximately 12 years, most recently as Senior Vice President Corporate Taxation and Risk Management.

Wesley R. Card, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, stated, "Joe's appointment to the Treasurer's position is a reflection of his excellent work and contributions over his long tenure with the Company. He will assume responsibility for treasury functions, including banking relationships, financing activities and other related special projects. Joe will continue to manage the corporate taxation and risk management functions."
