Braccialini approves acquisition of Dadorosa

Antichi Pellettieri was advised in the transaction by the legal firm of Simmons&Simmons while Dadorosa S.r.l. was advised by Mr. Stefano Bartolini.
Riccardo Braccialini, President of Braccialini noted: “We are proud that Misaki has entrusted us with the management of this historic Italian brand. The acquisition is consistent with our objective to focus on businesses operating in high growth areas such as handbags and accessories and emerging markets. Including the Far East where the Gherardini brand is particularly appreciated. In addition, Dadorosa provides our Group important development opportunities in terms of revenues and synergy development”.
