When Fibre2fashion contacted Inditex, an official said that the company has already inaugurated its first franchise shop - Massimo Dutti store — in Macao on August 28.
Massimo Dutti presents a wide variety of collections that range from sophisticated urban fashions to casual wear. This brand offers a fusion of traditional and contemporary styles using the latest fabrics to make its apparel practical, comfortable and high quality.
The company official also divulged that plans are afoot to open another Massimo Dutti outlet in Hong Kong by next year.
However, Inditex has to face big competition in China, because many famous international clothing retail companies like Mango from Spain, Germany's C&A, H&M from Sweden, and Esprit from Hong Kong are also trying to take advantage of the Chinese retail boom.
