Talbots announces advertising agency review

Specialty retailer Talbots Inc announced that it will conduct a competitive review of agencies for its Talbots Brand advertising account.
Boston-based Arnold Worldwide has served as Talbots agency of record since 1997. After a successful 10 year partnership, Talbots has determined this is the appropriate time to conduct an agency review.
As Talbots continues to grow its well-established brand, it remains committed to partnering with an agency that will help the Company achieve its significant growth opportunities and build on its legacy as the retail destination for the 35+ customer. Arnold Worldwide will participate in the review.
Talbots has retained Pile and Company, a leading consulting firm headquartered in Boston, MA to manage the agency review. The review is expected to be completed in November 2007.
The Talbots, Inc. is a leading international specialty retailer and cataloger of women's, children's and men's apparel, shoes and accessories.
