International Flavors & Fragrances Inc a leading global creator of flavors and fragrances, announced that it will issue its financial results for the third quarter on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 before trading begins on the New York Stock Exchange.
Robert M. Amen, chairman and chief executive officer and Douglas J. Wetmore, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will review the quarterly results in an audio webcast on October 31, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. EDT.
Interested parties can access the audio webcast and accompanying slide presentation on the Company's Web site under the Investor Relations section.
For those unable to listen to the live broadcast, a replay will be available on the Company's Web site approximately one hour after the event and will remain available on the IFF Web site until 11:59 p.m. on November 14, 2007.
