UBS extends timing on financing commitment to Finish Line

The Finish Line Inc announced that UBS Loan Finance LLC and UBS Securities LLC have agreed to extend the termination date of the commitment letter for the financing of The Finish Line's proposed acquisition of Genesco Inc to April 30, 2008.
It was previously set to expire on December 31, 2007. All other terms in the commitment letter remain the same.
The Finish Line Inc is one of the largest mall-based specialty retailers operating under the Finish Line, Man Alive and Paiva brand names.
