Danier Leather shareholders meeting to held at its HO

Danier Leather Inc., invites shareholders to attend its annual and special meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, October 17th at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
The meeting will be held at the company's Head Office in Toronto at 2650 St. Clair Avenue West, just west of Jane Street. First quarter results will also be released during the afternoon of October 17, 2007.
