CAESAR Awards - new benchmarks of luxury

This year new award, "CAESAR Best Fragrance" has proved the readers appreciation for Bvlgari pour Homme Soir, presented by Everet Romania. The introduction of this new category states the growing importance of fragrances on the Romanian luxury market. The award "Best Airline to fly" went to Lufthansa, as the majority of votes granted online appreciated the services offered by the company.

The second edition of CAESAR Awards Gala took place on November 29th at Ramada North Hotel. The awarding ceremony followed the tradition of Best Honoris special prize. The title "Best Honoris" is awarded each year to personalities of international reference for their special achievements in the luxury industry. For this year, "CAESAR Best Honoris" is Tonino Lamborghini, the son of the founder of Lamborghini, but also a fabulous designer, president of Tonino Lamborghini design company. With this occasion, the Romanian public had the opportunity to discover a real exclusive luxury brand for the first time.

On the behalf of Mr. Tonino Lamborghini, the gala was attended by Mr. Valerio Melloni, Executive Manager of Tonino Lamborghini. CAESAR Awards Gala gathered a highly selected audience of 170 guests from Romania and abroad. Besides subscribers and the Romanian luxury industry representatives, the event was honoured by the presence of the Prime Minister of Romania, Mr. Calin Popescu Tariceanu, and of the former Romanian tennis star, Mr. Ilie Nastase.
