V.S. Limited to manage Valentino's Hong Kong boutique

Fashion firm Valentino Spa is now the sole owner of its commercial branch in Hong Kong, after obtaining the 44 percent interest held by The Swank shop, the partner with whom it set up the joint venture company, V.S. Limited, dedicated to the exclusive distribution of the Valentino and Valentino Garavani labels in the Hong Kong area.

Michele Norsa, Managing Director of Valentino Fashion Group stated that one of the new developments will be the opening of a new Valentino store in the Ocean Center, by the middle of 2006.

The new boutique will link the other three Valentino sales outlets currently managed by V.S. Limited; a store opened in the Chater House development, another in the IFC mall and a third at the New World Centre, as well as the “shop in shop” Red Valentino which has opened in Sogo.

Norsa included that the company's collections are also sold at On Pedder and The Swank, and the Red Valentino range can be found at Harvey Nichols. Sales in Hong Kong are going very well which is the reason behind the new store opening.
