Cato Corp to pay regular Qtly dividend on Jan 3

Women's fashion apparel specialty store Cato Corp announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share.
The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2006 to shareholders of record of the Corporation at the close of business on December 19, 2005. At the closing market price on December 1, 2005, the current dividend represents an annualized yield of 2.4 Percent.
North Carolina based fashion firm Cato Corporation is a leading specialty retailer of value-priced women's fashion apparel operating two divisions, "Cato" and "It's Fashion!” The Company offers exclusive merchandise with fashion and quality comparable to mall specialty stores at low prices.
