Quiksilver sponsored athletes win 36 medals in Winter Olympics

Action sports retailer Quiksilver, Inc announced that its Quiksilver/Rossignol sponsored athletes won a total of 36 medals, including 10 Gold, 10 Silver and 16 Bronze medals, at the 2006 Torino Winter Olympics.

Twenty-six countries were represented by 165 athletes from the Rossignol, Dynastar, Gnu, Lange, Lib Tech, Look, Risport, Roxy, Quiksilver and DC Shoes teams.

Quiksilver and Rossignol are incredibly proud to support and recognize the achievements of all of the athletes that participated in the 2006 Winter Olympics, demonstrating their talent, sportsmanship, dedication and passion for their sports.
