Universal Media Holdings Inc has announced the acquisition of Lyric Jeans Inc.

Under the terms of the agreement signed on February 1st 2006, UMDH will merge with Lyric Jeans Inc and acquire the company by means of an exchange of the companies' respective common shares of stock.
