Universal Media Holdings completes acquisition of Lyric Jeans

The acquisition of Lyric Jeans Inc by Universal Media Holdings Inc has been completed. In relation to the acquisition the company has changed its name to Lyric Jeans Inc and is now trading under the symbol LYJN.
