Zumiez Inc comparable store sales improves 10.1%

Leading specialty retailer of action sports related apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories Zumiez Inc announced that total net sales for the five-week period ended October 1, 2005 increased 26.8 percent to $19.5 million, compared to $15.4 million for the five-week period ended October 2, 2004. The company's comparable store sales increased 10.1 percent for the past month, versus a comparable store sales increase of 27.3 percent in the year ago period.
