Jeanologia, a Spanish leader in sustainable technologies for finishing garments, is presenting sustainable denim technologies that reduce the time-to- market and take the jean industry towards better efficiency and the sustainability, at the ongoing Denim Premiere Vision Paris, the leading premium denim supply show, held on April 26 and 27, 2017.

The Denim Première Vision Paris fair is internationally prestigious for anticipating the technological and creative trends and needs of denim fashion. Jeanologia comes with novel developments that allow the detoxification of the denim industry with the elimination of the dangerous potassium permanganate thanks to the Light PP Spray, laser solution for localised denim wear.

Jeanologia is showing the process ‘One Glass, one Garment’, which manages to finish garments with 95 per cent savings in water, 90 per cent in chemicals, and 40 per cent in energy.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to get acquainted with standard tools for the denim industry such as the Light Sensitive Fabric Test, the study that allows knowing in advance the best fabrics for sustainable technologies and EIM software, the first software that measures environmental impact of the jeans finishing processes.

At the expo, Jeanologia is launching the Quantum space, the digital designer denim simulator that will take visitors to a new dimension in jeans washing: to ‘virtual washes’. It is an inspirational exhibition that shows how we have moved from a manual and analogue industry to the digital age revolution. The new tool is accurate to the digital revolution for finishing, where creativity, efficiency, and time-to- market are the main components.

Jeanologia’s global solutions based on laser, ozone, and nano-bubbles are able to increase productivity and reduce the time from when the garment is conceived until it arrives for sale in the linear, automate processes, and reduce production costs. This integral service to the denim industry has made Jeanologia a technological partner of reference for those brands and laundries that aspire to a sustainable, efficient, transparent, automated, and creative production.
