Charlotte Russe to partake at ICR XChange

Charlotte Russe Holding Inc announced that Mark A Hoffman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Daniel T Carter, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be speaking at the Eighth Annual ICR Xchange Conference to be held on January 12-13, 2006, at the Ritz Carlton in Naples, Florida.
The presentation is scheduled for Thursday, January 12, 2006, at 10:40 AM ET.

The company operated a total of 422 stores in 43 states and Puerto Rico, as of December 24, 2005, comprised of 356 Charlotte Russe stores and 66 Rampage stores.
Fourteen new stores were opened during the first quarter of fiscal 2006, and the company expects to open up to 35 new stores during the fiscal year ending in September 2006.
