Fresh and talented fashion designers from Taiwan are displaying their best creations at 'roomsLINK', a famous fashion show being held in Japanese capital Tokyo from March 20 to 23, 2012.

The Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF) said the designers participating in the event will get an opportunity to present Taiwan's creative energy to a global audience.

The designers would also get a chance to meet with potential buyers at the event, which would also help the designers to significantly enhance their international profile, TTF said.

Envol avec Ning, Bobo Jang, Mischief and Eve Lin are among the ten emerging Taiwanese fashion brands that are taking part in the four-day event.

In addition, 13 recent graduates from Taiwan's Shih Chien University would also display their creations. All these graduates have started their own fashion clothing lines. They include Sophie Liu, creator of Sophie Aimer; Tsai Yun-tse, representing YiD3; and Chiang Chiao-en, founder of Button International.

The event roomsLINK is held twice a year and is open to fashion designers and buyers. It aims at introducing Asian fashion, especially Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese fashion brands, to the international market.

This year's event will see participation of more than 120 fashion brands and would feature fashion shows and trade exhibitions. The event is expected to attract around 10,000 visitors.
