Collections Fast Fashion Lille show to debut on June 13

From 13 & 14 June will see the debut of Collections Fast Fashion Lille, the new show devoted to mens, womens and childrens ready-to-wear and accessories and private label collections. It is the first spring 2012 fashion event.

Collections Fast Fashion Lille has been devised in response to the Eurovet survey of fast fashion ready-to-wear manufacturers and buyers of fashion collections for high-street chains and mass retail, mail order and e-commerce. Today's fast-fashion sales strategy means moving away from the seasonal pattern and launching new items on an almost ongoing basis, through extensive distribution channels and at affordable prices.

This market survey/proposal has revealed the importance of:
• Keeping our finger on the pulse of the market. Lille, with its dense fabric of local clothing sector industries, is fast becoming the epicentre of fast fashion
• Offering fast and efficient solutions in step with the garment manufacturers' ever-changing needs
• Maximizing on the synergy with the textiles and supplies manufacturers.

Pairing Tissu Premier, the exhibition of novelty fabrics and supplies, with Collections Fast Fashion Lille was an obvious move. Together, the two shows make up Fast Fashion Lille, echoing the complementary and highly pertinent offer of the Fast Fashion Tour (currently still taking place in London).

The aim of bringing Tissu Premier and Collections Fast Fashion Lille under the single banner of Fast Fashion Lille is to present the fashion industry with a comprehensive offer, from textiles to finished garments. Professionals will encounter the full range of capabilities to fulfil their need for a range of methods and suppliers. The dialogue stimulated by these two events will lead to a better understanding of the specifics of each one, constructive networking and even synergies or partnerships between weavers, clothing manufacturers and distributors.

Thanks to the participation of the entire fashion chain, Fast Fashion Lille is an alliance that covers the entire supply chain from design to manufacturing, providing responses and solutions in terms of products, prices, lead times, quality and diversity.

Innovative ready-to-wear collections, fresh from the studios of the fast-fashion and accessories, will be in step with the latest trends and consumer tastes.
