Spring collection – H&M
Fashion house Hennes & Mauritz AB presents Spring collection.

Spring at H&M is romantic, retro-chic and exotic as well as having sporty influences. This spring we're offering even more inspiration and options for cool, personal styling.

There is a mix of feminine tops, striped jersey T-shirts, jeans and khaki pieces as well as beautiful tailoring and elegant dresses. Colours are light neutrals and bright primary colours.

'Our customers take a keen interest in fashion and visit our stores regularly for the new goods that arrive daily in our shops. We always work with a number of style trends so that our fashion is varied, inspiring and sharp,' says H&M's Head of Design Margareta van den Bosch.

The romantic style continues to feature strongly this spring, expressed in a slightly purer and simpler way. Inspiration is taken from the turn of the nineteenth century. Romantic tops and blouses are teamed with your favourite jeans, or with city shorts.

A more dressed-up look is created by wearing a tailored waistcoat over the top, along with a narrow neck scarf. Stripes are also strong and it's good to mix different types. A wide skirt worn tone-in-tone with a top from the turn of the century creates the impression of a dress. Add styling with a waistcoat and flat sandals for everyday wear, or jazz it up with jewellery and high heels for the party look.

Colours range from bright tones and fruity pastels to white. Any remaining ethnic influences are derived from Africa, with graphic African prints in warm, burnt hues being mixed and matched with classic safari pieces in khaki and green.
