In addition to four major anchor stores and a movie theater, Westfield Palm Desert features nearly 150 specialty stores.
Westfield Palm Desert is located in the heart of the Coachella Valley at highways 111 and 74.
Westfield Palm Desert is owned by the Westfield Group, an Australian-based company with interests in 128 shopping centers in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States.
The Westfield America portfolio includes 68 shopping centers that are home to more than 9,000 specialty stores and comprise approximately 70 million square feet of leasable space in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio and Washington.
Nordstrom Inc is one of the nation's leading fashion specialty retailers, with 155 US stores located in 27 states.
Founded in 1901 as a shoe store in Seattle, today Nordstrom operates 98 Full-Line Stores, 49 Nordstrom Racks, five Faconnable boutiques, one freestanding shoe store and two clearance stores.
Nordstrom also operates 32 Faconnable boutiques in Europe.
