New York & Co to participate at Bear Stearns Consumer Conference

New York & Company Inc announced that the company will be presenting at the Bear Stearns 12th Annual Retail, Restaurant & Consumer Conference on Thursday, March 9th 2006 at 9:45am Eastern Time.
Richard Crystal, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Ronald Ristau, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer will host the presentation.
The conference presentation will also be webcast live at www.nyandcompany.com.
