Cream of designers at FDCI's Wills Fashion Week 2006

Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week organized by Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) is set to start on April 5 2006 and promises to be a star-studded event.
Leading Indian fashion designers including Ritu Kumar, Rohit Bal, Rina Dhaka, JJ Vallaya and Satya Paul will display their latest coutures here.
Charismatic Rohit Bal takes the lead with high-profile clientele, that includes some of India's biggest names in media, films, fashion and the corporate world.
Rathi Vinay Jha, Director General, FDCI, says that this event provides a common fora for everyone to showcase their creative skills, and a number of renowned designers seem keen on participating here, this year.
While many of them will organize ramp shows, others will display their outfits and accessories in the stalls set up at the venue.
FDCI aims to work at promoting interests of India as a country, and market individual designers and their creations.
