Fashion retailer Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share on Polo Ralph Lauren common stock.
The dividend is payable April 14, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2006.
