Hollywood hotties like Jessica Biel and Ruth Wilson along with the Prince of Monaco, Albert II, and his wife Princess Charlene gracefully occupied the front-row seats at the recently concluded Dior Cruise Collection 2014 show in Monaco.
Held against the picturesque backdrop of Mediterranean Sea, the event witnessed an abundance of lace-made ensembles designed by the French label’s extremely talented creative director of Belgian origin Raf Simons.
Experimenting with the luxurious lace for the very first time in his life, the 45-year-old designer Simons modified the romantic image of lace into a light, playful and modern material for his collection.
The range featured sheer cover-ups, brightly coloured floral print dresses, jackets, coats and one-piece bathing suits.
Founded in 1946, the Parisian fashion house Christian Dior is a luxury goods company that specializes in ready-to-wear, haute couture and fashion and lifestyle accessories.
