Gallery Berlin to display new international labels

THE GALLERY BERLIN will take place at an exciting new location in July, enjoying a 40% increase in first-time exhibitors and more international brands than ever before. As a result, some 150 collections will be on display at the ›Opernwerkstätten‹.

The expanded portfolio will include new international labels and a larger range of accessories. What’s more, next year’s January edition of the event will add a new area dedicated to eveningwear called RED CARPET.

Anticipating that moment, the following exhibitors are among those who’ve decided to present eveningwear already at the upcoming event: LINEA RAFFAELLI with the GOLD COLLECTION, IAN STUART with the BEL AIR COLLECTION and FRANK SAUL, the winner of the 2013 Bridal Buyer Award, with MASCARA and the L’ATELIER COLLECTION.

After a break last season, we’ll see the return this year of fashion shows and a supporting programme featuring a first-ever Press Brunch and, on the second day of the trade fair, an evening event designed as an industry get-together.

Says Project Director Elke Sautter: “We plan on gradually developing further the new path we’ve taken by booking the ›Opernwerkstätten‹ and unlocking the growth potential associated with that venue. It means we can offer buyers an even more exciting spectrum and a customer portfolio that’s coherent throughout.

“We have excellent registration numbers already, and we’re thrilled by the big interest in our new location. Besides numerous visitors who have pre-registered, many potential exhibitors have also announced their visit.”
