Italian fashion designer and owner of the label Armani, Giorgio Armani continues his effort to lend a hand to young, upcoming Italian designers, and this time he would be giving fellow Italian designer Stella Jean an opportunity to showcase her collections at the Milan Fashion Week.

Stella Jean would be the second designer given the opportunity to present her Spring/Summer 2014 collection at Armani’s traditional show space. Andrea Pompilio was the first designer who was invited to the Armani theatre to present his collection in the June edition of Spring/Summer 2014.

The show is scheduled to take place on September 21, 2013 at Milan, Italy during the Milan Fashion Week.

Giorgio Armani, founder of the renowned label, said the new generation of Italian designers needs support for which he has continued to make his theatre at Via Bergognone available, reports Vogue UK.

He added that Stella Jean would be given the opportunity to organize a show at the Armani theatre and the designer hopes that this experience would bring her luck.

Young designer Stella Jean, born in Rome with a Haitian heritage, is a former fashion model and also the winner of Vogue Italy and Alta Roma sponsored ‘Who’s on next’ talent show in 2011.

The designer was selected for her very personal and unique style which combines bold ethnic prints with voluminous yet elegant silhouettes.
