Gold Toe partners designer Malan for Spring'14 MBFW

Models in Malan Breton's runway show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on September 7th will have a little more spring in their step as the global fashion designer has partnered with the classic American sock brand, Gold Toe, incorporating bright and bold socks into his spring 2014 looks.

Malan Breton's spring 2014 collection is inspired by the music of the mid-century British rock invasion – the sound that shaped fashion and the world – with colors, silhouettes, and fabrics that personify the Malan Breton signature collection.

"This season's color brings excitement into a menswear.  When I find something of quality, I like to share it with the world," said Malan Breton. "I wear Gold Toe socks often and I love the comfort, quality and style they offer."

Gold Toe has worked with Malan Breton on several previous Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week shows as a gift bag sponsor, but this is the first time the socks will be an integral part of the runway show.

"We couldn't be anymore excited for this runway opportunity with Malan," said Heather Wilson, Marketing Director at Gold Toe. "For nearly 80 years we've prided ourselves on durability, style and comfort, but it doesn't end there. We're getting bolder and brighter as we approach our milestone anniversary.
