After a series of jam-packed catwalk shows, staged over a period of five uninterrupted days, the bi-annual London Fashion Week (LFW) finally bid adieu to Londoners after showcasing trends for the forthcoming Spring/Summer season.

Stella McCartney, the renowned multiple-award winning British designer and environmentalist, featured her new Adidas collection on the final day of the event. Based on a bright palette of yellow, aqua and tropical lime, the stylish athletic-wear line included cropped sweatshirts, stretch bodysuits, daisy print shorts and swimsuits with side cutouts.

Fashion label Meadham Kirchhoff, by designer duo Edward Meadham and Benjamin Kirchhoff, featured an extraordinary collection infused with hints from the Elizabethan era. Enhanced with gorgeous shades of black, white, red and gold, the range showcased baby-doll dresses, hand-embroidered slips, corset tops and relaxed double-breasted jackets.

Internationally famous fashion talent of Chinese origin Haizhen Wang finally rounded off the S/S-2014 edition of LFW with his latest architecturally styled shimmery sassy ensembles. Aptly accessorised with smart headbands, the pieces included silver leather tunics, black pants and shorts.
