More than 26 young and seasoned fashion designers featured their latest Spring/Summer 2014 creations at the recently concluded Spanish fashion celebration Valencia Fashion Week.

Presented under the theme ‘Blatantly Young’, the three-day-long fest featured a brilliant line titled Amphibia from designer Agostino Valiente. Based on tones of white, red, green and blue, the collection included dresses, blouses and skirts decorated with natural motifs.

Valencian label Visori Fashionart took inspiration from Oriental styles and cosmetology for its latest menswear range ‘Glycolic’. Replete with natural textures and pleats, the ensembles were made from wrinkled organza and compressed as well as hand-frayed fabrics.

Madrid-based designer Antonio Posadas showcased a circus-inspired line titled ‘Drum Roll’ at the event. His collection included pleated full skirts, jackets, loose-fit trousers and knee-length dresses in hues of minty green, blue and neon yellow and orange.
